The project is a series of experiments with the aim of humanizing concrete. Throughout the experiments, the designer is focusing on the possibilities of overcoming the negative stereotypes associated with concrete and how to create a new, more pleasant and softer look for a generally industrial material. Another aim is to offer alternatives of innovative concrete wall coverings with new visual experience for interior designers.

Two sources of inspiration were involved: the bold geometry of traditional Chinese brass hardware and antique door lockset. Designer has reinterpreted these fundamental elements into a contemporary modern design aesthetics. The standard brass finishes provide various material options such as dark bronze, titanium and black matt, representing the traditional, industrial and contemporary style respectively to match with different interior design.

Michelangelo made the pieta statue on a giant Carrara marble block which is in white and blue colors, takes its name from the region in Italy. Since ancient Rome, it is one of the popular choices of sculptors.
