Mama
Mama is a stackable chair designed for community spaces such as conference rooms, training rooms, waiting areas and outdoor settings. The chair is available with or without armrests and can be connected in rows. A monocoque structure in polyamide reinforced with 20 percent glass fiber forms the single-piece body, which is fully recyclable. The backrest surface carries rounded micro reliefs that reduce the contact area and support the natural transpiration of the body. The curved surfaces ensure ergonomic comfort. Up to ten chairs can be stacked vertically.
Mama Community Chair by Baldanzi & Novelli was highlighted as an exceptional representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Mama Community Chair won the Silver A' Design Award in Office Furniture Design in 2022. The A' Office Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award that honors exceptional design of desks, chairs, file cabinets, conference tables, cubicles, workstations, reception counters, office partitions and more.
